Best casino floor in the PNW! The Tacoma EQC is massive, modern, and has a great selection of games. The staff on the floor were friendly, and the whole place has a high-energy vibe. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a modern gaming experience.
Great time. We're usually here several times a year. Wish they had a craps table in the non-smoking area. Security was nice when my friends let the law down vs a few creepy dudes tonight.
We stayed at the Emerald Queen Casino & Hotel for a 3 night stay. Parking was free and plenty of available spots. The staff was extremely kind, outgoing and welcoming. Both the hotel and casino were very clean and well kept. There is plenty of security to feel safe and secure. I can not wait to stay there again next year and have recommended this hotel to everyone!(:
Had so much fun here! Played up and down for hours. Lost a little money last time but was worth the entertainment of the slots. This time stayed several hours…too many…but walked away with a little extra, which hardly ever happens anywhere post Covid. Ate at the cafe and was really impressed with the menu choices, food, and service! Recommend if you are in the area or are willing to drive a few extra miles.
It’s Always open, and always good people watching. I wish they had more options for food. But it feels safer and more elegant than any other option open at 4am and there is always the potential for making a few dollars…
We love this casino. The food is always good and it's huge, plenty to do for everyone. Love the table games. I always come in with a designated amount I'm ok with losing that way if I win, great. If I break even, cool. If I lose no big deal. I basically consider it an entry fee. Came in with $100 and won enough for a meal and to break even going home on my final bet. Cons are that smoking is allowed inside and that people take gambling way to seriously. Pros are the food and options for games. Will definitely return.
As far as casinos go it's ok. But the percentages on slots seems way low. Like any other casino the hard working employees.....waiters, waitresses, cashier's, bartenders, cocktail waitresses, cooks, chefs,dealers, table games,maintenance and the wonderful people who clean the bathrooms.....if I forgot any others I am sorry-make the experience enjoyable but the management seems to treat the people who keep the casino functioning, like second class citizens. I have seen it first hand on many different occasions. Although it has gotten a little less noticeable management should realize how they treat people and take classes or something on how to treat people.
